Which carrier do you ship with?
All our EU orders are shipped by GLS or DHL. The international orders are shipped by DHL or FedEx.
For how long does the shipping takes to the EU countries?
All our products are on stock in our Budapest based warehouse. You will receive your tracked order within 3-7 business days, depending on your country. The express order takes between 2-4 business days.
For how long does the international shipping takes outside the EU?
All our products are on stock in our Budapest based warehouse. You will receive your tracked order within 4-8 business days, depending on your country. The express order takes between 3-7 business days.
When will my domestic order be delivered within Hungary?
All our products are on stock in our Budapest based warehouse, the tracked shipping to a Hungarian address only takes between 2-4 business days. The express shipping takes between 1-3 business days.
How much does the shipping cost to the EU?
We offer free shipping for all orders above 200 000 HUF (approx. above 520 EUR). For orders of 200 000 HUF and under the cost of standard shipping to EU countries is 7 490 HUF (approx. 19 EUR). The cost of express shipping for all orders is 9 990 HUF (approx. above 26 EUR).
How much does the international shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for all orders above 250 000 HUF (approx. above 650 EUR). For orders of 250 000 HUF and under the cost of standard shipping is HUF 12 990 (approx. 34 EUR). The cost of express shipping for all orders is 14 990 HUF (approx. 39 EUR).
How much does it cost to ship the products I order in Hungary?
The cost of standard shipping is HUF 1 490 (approx. 4 EUR). The cost of express shipping for all orders is 1 990 HUF (approx. 5 EUR).
From where do you ship from?
We ship all our products from Budapest, Hungary, EU.
How does import taxes and duties calculated?
Outside the European Union product prices displayed are exclusive of all local taxes and duties that may be due. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. We are unable to advise how much this amount will be, please refer to the website of your country’s customs authorities for more information.
Can I exchange my order?
Please handle your purchases with care and ensure they are returned in the same condition as received. Returns that do not adhere to our policy will not be accepted. If you wish to exchange your order, please initiate the return process for the unwanted product via your customer account and place a new order for the correct product. To start the return process, access your account through our online store using the email address you used for submitting your original order and a 6-digit code, which will be provided by us. We offer a pickup service for returns at a specified fee (please refer to the table below). Alternatively, you may arrange the return by yourself.
How can I return my order?
You have a 14-day window from the date of product arrival to request a return through your customer account. Access your account on our online store by signing in with the email address you used for submitting your order and a 6-digit code, which will be provided by us. Subsequently, your request will undergo review, and you will be notified upon approval. Track the progress of your request through your customer account. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping label along with instructions to complete the return. For returns within Hungary, the carrier collecting the package will provide the return shipping label. In the event of a failed pickup, please notify us promptly, and we will arrange for an alternative collection. If the second pickup attempt is also unsuccessful, it becomes your responsibility to return the item within 14 days from the package's arrival. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your refund rights. Additionally, failure to hand over the package to the courier within 3 business days after receiving the shipping label will result in the loss of refund rights. The applicable return fees, which will be deducted from the refundable amount, are as follows:

Once we receive the product in its original condition within 14 days of the original receipt, your refund will be automatically processed via the original payment method within 8 business days.
Returns from Hungary
: We offer convenient returns to all our customers in Hungary. The return fee is 1,990 HUF (approximately 5 EUR). You have a 14-day period from the arrival of your products to request a return through your customer account. Upon approval, simply place the product in the original box, seal it securely, and include our return form
in the package. Failure to include the form may cause delays or even hinder the return process. The carrier collecting the item will attach the necessary shipping label to the box. After receiving the product in the appropriate condition, your refund will be processed through the original payment method. Alternatively, you can bring the item to one of our stores, and we will handle the return for you. Perhaps you'll discover something else in-store that catches your eye :)
All returned items must comply with our returns policy:
- Items must be returned unworn, undamaged, and unused, with all original tags attached and the original packaging included.
- Footwear and accessories should be returned with the original branded boxes and dust bags, if provided, and placed inside a protective outer box for shipping.
- When trying on footwear, please be cautious not to mark the soles or damage the shoe box; we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface.
- Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear items must be returned with the hygiene seals intact and in unopened, undamaged product packaging, where applicable.
- Lingerie and swimwear must only be tried on over your own underwear. We cannot accept returns that have been worn or are soiled.
- Jewelry must be returned in the same condition it arrived in, including all branded packaging and accompanying documents.
Please exercise care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition as received. Returns that do not adhere to our policy will not be accepted.
